what r the healthy food that i must give for my daughter

A. Hi Parent. Please try all the healthy foods that you can offer the child to eat. Try something new every time. Dal, Rice, Curd, fresh juices and fruits, boiled potatoes and eggs.

A. As the baby is three years old you should give all the family foods to the baby. give variety to the baby. dal rice khichdi ragi porridge sooji upma oats sabudana poha idly dosa cheela chapati daliya paratha curds buttermilk sabzi roti everything to the baby include all the seasonal fruits and vegetables dairy products dry fruits ghee full cream milk etc in the baby's diet
