which is the best food for 8 month old boy baby ???will give normal food r will give ceralac.. I am giving fruits , veggies , idly and ragi .. which one is best and healthy???

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. all you are giving is good.. more you may give sooji kheer, rice kheer, thick soups made from a mixture of pulses, cereals and seasonal vegetables, rice-daal khichdi, porridge, curd rice.
