which food is gud and nutrious for kids and one more thing which is the better one junior horlicks or pediasure

A. Hello Make sure to add lot of protein rich foods like milk, egg. pulses, sprouts curd, paneer , fish in childs meals also focus on vegetables & fruits daily read the nutrition table on the supplement, choose the one which has higher protein, less sugar & more vitamin minerals
