provide whole natural foods.
include all the food groups like whole grain, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, ghee, eggs etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods.

Pediasure Would definitely be my choice to go for because I have used it personally for my own child for a year and I was quite satisfied with the results because it is good for overall growth in general so you should go for it and make sure that you never had any additional sweetheart away
