2 year old can have normal home cooked food but it should be less spicy and oily
Include 2 fruits per day and 3 katori of vegetables in a day
Include millets like ragi in the diet
Also add curd, paneer, milk, dry fruits, oats and if non vegetarian then add egg or chicken
Reduce or restrict too much of biscuits , bread , sugar and sugar drinks in the diet

you can give all food you generally made for your other family members
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
