A. hi include green vegetables, fruits like citrus fruits, banana. papaya, pineapple, nuts like almonds walnuts cashews dates Milk, paneer, egg, soya chunks curd are great for immunity . Avoid fried foods bakery foods biscuits chocolate sugar laden drinks bread cakes chips
