A. hi mom for good growth and immunity give good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits add nuts powder made up of cashew almonds and dry dates in milk daily

A. if we take vegetables and fruits reguraly itself means we will get a adequate immunity to our kids. so give them food in a correct time and choose the menu depends on ur kids

A. Hi sure .best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables.
