soya. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.
Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
