A. hello. all the seasonal fruits and vegetables that are eaten whole and RAW helps a lot in building the immunity in kids. try to give them veggie sticks and fruits takes during their snack time even if they consume a small amount. slowly and steadily their appetite will increase and they will inculcate habit of eating these in their life
