Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg,pulses ,cereals, fresh fruit juice and other fluids like coconut water, buttermilk ,nimboo pani etc as balanced diet
