A. you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breastt milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ). you have to take all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child.

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
