ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 weeks agoA. hello.use coconut oil before bath and apply cetaphil or sebamed soap and lotion to be applied after the bath over the skin for the babies and it should be fine in winters.

Babyhug peach milk moisturiser you can use as of now it would be a very good option as it is good for sensitive eczema prone skin lastly I would like to tell you that as you may be looking for a permanent solution to the problem I would highly recommend you try opting for homeopathy for your child
