shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom if skin of baby is extremely dry then rather than using lotions you should use heavy cream of any good brand and if you want to go natural then you can apply coconut oil or almond oil Vaseline petroleum jelly or Boroline works wonder on dry skin
