You can take any good syrup that you may have taken previously if you want you can take a Darbar honitus that is also going to be good to be taken it’s an Ayurvedic medication that you can take easily available at any medical store and also you can gargle regularly and for home remedy start taking ginger juice and honey thrice in a day
