Ragi helps in weight gain of the baby.
But avoid giving packed food to ur baby. These are high in sugar and calories and contains preservatives and artificial flavours which are not good for babies.
Give homemade freshly prepared food to ur baby. Include ghee, dry fruits powder, Banana, potatoes, rice, sweet potato, ragi etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain.
