A. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and if you want to give him a calcium supplements then you should eat nutritious food items and take tablet Ossopan D daily once

A. you can take calcimax p tablet 2 times a day 500 mg and should be taken under the guidance of your doctor so as to be continued till the lactation period
