Ma’am sugar is just a thing there are different healthy substitutes for sugar which are dates jaggery and a lot of people prefer using Desi Khand so you cannot expect that there will be no sugar will be sugar but in different and healthy forms and definitely not a refined one so you can use it otherwise how are you going to add sweetener to the food
