Which antibiotics is suitable for my 10 month old son, he’s having fever, cough & cold

A. For everything you are not advised to give antibiotics maybe you don’t know but it really leaves a very bad mark on the liver all the time when you give antibiotics right now you should only give basic medicines to the child and after consulting your doctor in person
