Q.

where can I get my infant and toddler's vaccination certificate (Immunization card) for traveling abroad?We are having a record of vaccination chart from the consultant book from the hospital.Is that enough or should I need any other certificate

A. that will be provided by your pediatrician and you will have to take the vaccination card with you to the pediatrician who will fill it up and that can be used for travelling purpose
