It is more like with holding urine.that but make sure that You empty your bladder before doing it .Write Your Answer Here

KegalKeagle exercises should be done once you deliver the child after that only you should be doing it to tighten muscles that’s the basic thing that is behind this because tightening of the vaginal muscles is really very important so do it after your delivery
