Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. many doctors start iron supplements after 3 months of age and sometimes many doctors start after 6 months of age but the important thing is that you have to give iron supplements in maintenance dosage which will be decided by your doctor
