RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl7 months agoA. You should start Iron drops only if your doctor is suggesting you to because multivitamin and vitamin D is recommended to be given for initial one year Iron and calcium are optional some doctor suggest some don’t so you have to check with your doctor
