When to start belt after c-section delivery ??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. It is always advisable to use a cotton saree to tie your abdomen after delivery which is more comfortable and easy to tie and is more effective . . . just take care when you are tying , you should be lying down properly and then roll the saree as tightly as possible. You can start after one week of c section delivery and immediately a fter normal delivery.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. You can use it right after your delivery if you would want to because it is going to help in avoiding the sagging into the stomach that usually happens after the delivery so this is going to be a good time for you to start using belt
