ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can use abdominal belt 24-48 hours after you deliver your child.. it should be of appropriately size.. neither too tight..nor too loose.. eat low calorie diet and drink lukewarm water

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning after a week of having a C section surgery you can go ahead and start using a belt it is imperative that you use it at all times but it should be avoided when you are eating food and for about 45 minutes after that
