when should I use coconut oil for massage before bath or after bath?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Before bath atleast one hour prior and after bath apply loi toon on skin and use mild skin care baby products which are paraben free phthalate free and free of fragrances
