ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi you can start brushing your kid's teeth as soon as the first tooth erupts in the oral cavity. use silicon finger toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of nonfluoridated flavoured kid's toothpastes like colgate natural twice daily.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi usually one can brush a child teeth ,once it erupt. so as your child is 1 year old ,you can brush your child teeth but use toothpaste after age of 1.5 . til that use silicone brush and warm water for it. or use Clean Cotton clothe.
