when mummy eat ice-cream then why baby get cough and cold by breastfeeding

This is just a misconception that women have and people are just spreading it over and over from one generation to another you eating ice cream is not going to create any problem to your child in terms of cold and cough you’re not passing ice cream to your child with your breastfeeding is absolutely absolutely not correlated it could be just seasonal or change it is gone no connection with you eating that please make that clear for you
