when I can start weight loss journey?

A. Dear mum, after 2 to 3 months of delivery, you can begin your weight loss journey. eat mindfully, avoid high calorie foods. exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes every day.

A. After six months if your fit, you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
