Hello sir/madam I am a feeding mother. My baby is 1 n a half month old.when should i start my weight loss journey.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, did you have a normal delivery or was it a c section? If c section, then you should have a resting period of 6 weeks at least. Consult your doctor and check how your wounds have healed if you had a c section delivery.
