ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. all the milk teeth are replaced by the permanent teeth by the age of 10 to 12 years and not before that the milk teeth are important as the permanent teeth so start brushing properly and visit a dentist every 6 months

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, we'll by age 6 years and plus milk teeth start falling off and new teeth come in a month or so. Good supplements should be given like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only
