when can i start solids for my baby

A. Hello dear parent, you can start giving solid foods after completing 6 months old. From birth to 6 months old exclusive breastfeeding is recommended. For introducing solid food, give only 2 to 3 spoons at start and gradually increase the quantity. Give one kind of fresh cooked food for 3 days to check whether the baby's body doesn't develop any allergies. Always get your doctor's suggestion about what to give at this age. Give age appropriate foods. Happy parenting

A. As soon as your child completes the time of six months that’s going to be the right time for you to start giving external food to the child for initial six months it strictly recommended that you stick to breastfeeding or formula whatever you’ve been giving to the child
