Q.

When can I start doing work out after C Section delivery? I have been doing the exercises suggested by Physiotherapist since delivery. Wanted to know whether normal exercises like squat, sway and steps can be done after 45 days. Thanks.

A. Hello fellow parent, just like you even I was curious to loose the baby fat!!! according to doctors and fitness trainers one should atleast wait for 6 months after c section. instead you can start with walk and some basic zumba or yoga.
