#AskTheExpert hello, how to decrease the weight after delivery can i do exercises, I am a c section mom, if can do exercises when to start please help me out

A. hi mom you can walk for 15 to 20 mins twice a day have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk and also for weight loss consult a qualified dietitian for appropriate results stay safe avoid too sugary fried foods
