what will be the first solid food I will give because my boy had cold

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper eeexamination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Clarify all your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice. Give semi solids and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
