hello what should be the food quantity to 7month old baby I mean I give 3times solid food BLD do what should be the proportion

That’s completely fine that something good they were doing good but the quantity of of the food is actually just going to be dependent on to the appetite of the child. For that you’ll have to check Ashu whatever possible while giving to the child. Is it working out sufficient for the child or not
