Hello mom Fluids are over all very much essential for keep oneself hydrated , avoid too much of sugary foods and oily and fried , Instead coconut water , fresh seasonal fruits vegetables salads like - cucumbers would beneficial . Flavoured rice , curds , buttermilk , roti , dal .. avoid very spicy foods
