A. Your question is not clear whether you are asking exercise for your child or for yourself. For your child, the routine activities are good enough exercises. No extra efforts needs to be taken for you. Walking is the best exercise.

A. If you’re willing to go for workout then you should go ahead with proper bio if you like to do that otherwise yoga is very very good for you that is also going to be good or otherwise if you’re interested in gym that is what is also interesting thing that you can proceed with
