after what time of period I can excercise during pregnancy?

A. well if yiy want to exercise after the delivery then u can wait for two months abs tgen start it. yiu can eat a balance duet to help u lose weight

A. In normal delivery u can start excercise after 2 months, and in cesarian after 6 months only after ur gynecologist suggestion

A. hi it is advisable to start any workout after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk. don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more. increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. maintain good hygiene.
