what type of diet Should I have to give my son for gain the weight.the weight of the child is 16 kg from last 4 months and the age of child is 3 yr 9 months.and whole winters he is suffering from Cold and sneezing, could you suggest me some changes in diet.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy6 months agoA. hello try giving vitamin rich fooe in the diet which imprives the immunity and also u can put saline drops n use instant rub from babyhug which is effective and any concern then is better to check ur doctor which is safe
