Include: Full-fat dairy: Whole milk, cheese, yogurt, paneer Healthy fats: Ghee, butter, coconut oil, nut powders (like almond or peanut, if no allergy) Protein-rich foods: Well-cooked eggs, dal, chicken, fish (boneless and soft), lentils Fruits: Banana, avocado, mango, chikoo Carbohydrates: Rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, roti with ghee Snacks: Suji halwa, khichdi with ghee, mashed boiled eggs, dry fruit laddoos (age-appropriate) Feed 4–5 small meals with 1–2 snacks daily. Ensure hydration and sleep, and monitor steady growth.
