A. Dear mum, to increase breastmilk have seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lots of fluids and water. The more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase milk supply.
