Milk, diary products, rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, garlic in curries, garlic milk, poppy seeds, mutton kheema and frequently feeding, having more water, fluids helps in increasing milk production.
Breast milk production depends on demand on supply the more baby latches the more milk produces.
