Incorporating foods like oats, leafy greens, almonds, and salmon into your diet can help boost your milk supply. Additionally, staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day is crucial for milk production. Personally, I faced a similar situation during breastfeeding, and when I consulted my pediatrician, he suggested Aptamil Gold formula as a nutritious alternative. Aptamil Gold is known for its resemblance to breast milk and its comprehensive nutritional composition, which supports healthy growth and development in infants. I noticed positive changes in my baby's health and development after introducing Aptamil Gold into his feeding routine. Always consult with your healthcare provider to ensure you're making the best choices for you and your baby.

If you do not have sufficient amount of feeding then you can start giving formula milk to the child which is what is going to be helpful because my mother cannot produce sufficient feeding for a child it’s always good to go for any good formula after consulting your doctor
