what to do to make belly muscles tight after delivery.???

A. well of u want to make the belly muscle tight then in that case yiu can try yo do gym abd get the help from there to get fit too ok

A. hi please do the following things: do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk ,it is good pelvic floor exercise. don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more. increase your fluid intake. avoid taking processed oily spicy food maintain good hygiene.
