It can be repeated maximum 4 times per day. Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever Weather higher medicines like ibugesic for meftal p is required or not will be told by the doctor. Keep the child in cool environment and avoid usincg woolen clothes when the child is having fever Important to avoid them if possiblec. Do body sponge to decrease the body temperature and give plenty of fluids and water to drink to prevent dehydration.
