Hi mam, as your baby completes 6 months, you can start with Rice and dal water, Vegtable purees ,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of raw or ragi ,mashed banana ,chicoo..start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.
