what should we do if 8 years old girl having hairfall wl it stop falling automatically or do something please need advice

A. On certain duration the hairfall will be there, later on its own it will stop the hairfalling. Few advise received using onion based shampoos will give some effect and control the hairfall. If possible try to do some exercise yoga based ( For Head exercise ) which will improve the blood circulation in the head.
