what should not been eaten after post delivery

A. After delivery you should have more of easy to Digest food and adequate water intake to maintain proper hydration as you are breastfeeding and most of your water content goes through it Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet

A. Hi good morning Try to have more fruits and veggies. Have juices frequently. Have plenty of water too. Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. All foods you can have post delivery. There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water.
