Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Hi good morning Try to have more fruits and veggies. Have juices frequently. Have plenty of water too. Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. All foods you can have post delivery. There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water.
