What should I feed my daughter soon after she wakes up she is 2 yr 10 months. She won't take proper food during her meal time, she al ays refuses to eat most of the times I get angry

A. hi mom please dont worry and dont force feed can give her fresh fruit milkshakes or milk with nuts powder can give her liquidy soft meals in the day time
