ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Copper Ti insertion is a good method and whenever you are willing for pregnancy just remove it and after 3 months gap you can try for your next pregnancy to be conceived you can take contraceptive injection every three months

Best to use protection that’s the best thing you can do if you are fail in that then you can go ahead with taking contraceptive pills on a regular basis otherwise get a family surgery done that is going to be the best that way at least hundred percent you’ll be out of this thing or your husband can get a vasectomy done these are the only options that you have
